Tigray Water Works Construction Enterprise (TWWCE) emerged in 2000 E.C through the integration of Irrigation Construction Works (ICW), itself a restructuring of the Commission for Sustainable Agricultural and Environmental Rehabilitation in Tigray (Co-SAERT) established in 1987. Operating independently, TWWCE funds its operations internally, specializing in dam, well drilling, water supply, irrigation, drainage, and sewerage construction, alongside rehabilitation and expansion projects. As an emerging leader in the sector, TWWCE is recognized for its Grade-I Contractor status, boasting a highly skilled workforce and a robust equipment inventory. With over two decades of experience in both local and international projects, TWWCE remains committed to advancing water resource development in line with national objectives.
